I am a huge coffee drinker, and although I normally eat pretty good in the morning some mornings just call for something sweet! The holidays are a difficult time to diet and watch what we eat. I try really hard, but it always fails!!

While doing my weekly pinning on Pinterest I stumbled across this recipe for a Pumpkin Cream Cheese Braided Bread! Thank you DelightfulEMade.com

 

I love this recipe because it called for a crescent roll dough. I was already hooked. I love these kind of shortcuts. The simplicity of using a little pumpkin puree with some pumpkin pie spice and also adding it to cream cheese….so easy!

Hmmmm Coffee

Of course I can’t bake in the morning without a cup of Hazelnut coffee…..

I will be the first to admit that I have never made a braided bread. This was so easy. If I can do it, anyone can do it!

 

Now the recipe called for Raw sugar or Turbinado sugar which is slightly larger and caramelizes better. I didn’t have this and didn’t feel like buying it. I used regular sugar and I didn’t get any complaints.
